Before his time at Source Advisors, Eric dedicated nearly 15 years to Forrester, a leading global marketing and technology research and advisory firm. At Forrester, he ascended through various sales positions, ultimately leading the U.S. end-user new business organization. His commitment to excellence was recognized with the “Benjamin Villien Award,” a tribute to integrity, client-centric focus, passion, and exemplary people leadership. Eric’s time at Forrester was instrumental in shaping his leadership ethos, centered on clear mission and values, empowering the voice of the employee, and fostering alignment between marketing, sales, and client success to differentiate and win.

A Dallas, TX resident, Eric cherishes family life with his wife and their two sons. A passionate Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers fan, Eric is actively involved in coaching his sons’ sports teams and believes his primary job is to be a good Dad.
