Larry Earl

Chief Financial Officer

Larry Earl joined SIB in January of 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. He has 20+ years of experience in accounting and financial management. His industry experience includes medical equipment and supplies, medical devices, energy management services, professional services, and vendor management services.

As Chief Financial Officer, Larry oversees all aspects of the Finance and HR functions for SIB Holdings and its operating companies. He partners with the private equity firm on buy side due diligence and manages the integration of all acquired companies.

Prior to joining SIB, Larry was the Vice President of Finance at Franklin Energy Group, a leader in energy efficiency and demand response products and services. There he managed all aspects of the accounting function for the multi-site, private equity owned company including the financial close process and consolidation, tax planning and compliance, acquisition integration, treasury management, all reporting, and communication with the private equity owners.

Larry’s professional experience includes executive leadership roles as CFO at Belimed, Inc. and Berchtold Corporation. In all positions, he managed large organizations and gained valuable operational experience with leadership responsibility for finance, IT, sales operations, and human resources.

Larry holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati.
