Drawing on his extensive and detailed background and understanding of the telecom industry, he spearheads strategic projects aimed at optimizing operational efficiencies and generating substantial savings for our clients.

In his tenure at Verizon, Jeff rose through the ranks to lead a team of data analysts and develop a revolutionary platform for phone call analytics. At The Northridge Group, he served as the Managing Principal and Executive Practice Lead, delivering significant cost savings to Fortune 500 clients, including the largest telecom carriers in the world. Jeff is a recognized thought leader in the telecom space and has garnered respect from leaders across the industry.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Telecom and Geography from Indiana University. He has also earned certifications from the Booth Business School at the University of Chicago and the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University.
