Erin Scheffer

Vice President, Human Resources

Erin serves as the VP of Human Resources for SIB Holdings, the parent company of SIB Fixed Cost Reduction.

Erin has 25+ years of progressive HR management background, with the bulk of her experience in technology start-ups and emerging businesses. In her role at SIB, Erin leads recruiting, employee evaluation and development, benefits, and compliance for all of the company’s business units. Her scope of services includes full lifecycle recruiting, employer branding, HR operations, processes and procedures, position profiling, ATS assessment and implementation, talent reviews, and compliance.

Prior to joining SIB, Erin developed the recruiting program at Blackbaud, the world’s leading provider of software and related services, and built the HR function at Belimed, a leading provider of sterilization and cleaning equipment. At Blackbaud, she supervised a team of recruiters and oversaw HR, Corporate Development, and Finance recruiting. She also developed and managed recruiting programs for relocation, employee referral programs, and college recruiting. Most recently, she was a Group Benefits Advisor for HUB International.

Erin earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Saint Vincent College.
