General Counsel

Darren is a highly accomplished attorney currently serving as General Counsel for SIB. With an impressive 14-year legal career, he has played a crucial role in guiding executive teams across a spectrum of industries, including real estate, telecom, retail distribution, and biotechnology.

Darren assumed the role of General Counsel at SIB in July 2017.  In this role, Darren, navigates legal matters and provides strategic counsel to the executive team. Prior to joining SIB, he served as corporate counsel roles at other distinguished companies, contributing significantly to their success and legal compliance.

Darren’s earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont, an MBA from the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire, and a JD from the Wake Forest University School of Law.
