David P. Corley

Chief Technology Officer

David P. Corley serves as SIB’s Chief Technology Officer.

In his role, David has been instrumental in establishing both the infrastructure and software systems necessary to allow both our staff and our clients to effectively utilize the constantly evolving sets of data sources available across the various industries that we serve. He has 30 years of experience architecting, developing, and delivering complex carrier-grade software systems with an emphasis on workflow and analytics.

Prior to joining SIB, David was the chief architect of Sage Management and its flagship inFuse application. In this role he helped bring to life a successful application with a unique approach to managing the complexity in telecommunications contracts, orders, and invoices. Prior to his role at Sage, David served in progressively responsible leadership roles for the development of carrier and enterprise-grade applications at SAIC, Freddie Mac, and TEOCO. The systems he created continue to be responsible for the daily processing of billions of financial and event detail records.

David has a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of Rochester and an MBA from George Washington University.
